Fulfill your New Year's Resolution to be HEALTHY
Learn about our 12-week half-marathon training program and take steps to lead a heart healthy lifestyle. The Antioch team will be led by a volunteer coach for guidance, expertise and motivation. Each week you add one mile to your progress. You can walk, walk/run or run leading up to the half marathon event on May 3.
