My name is Ilima Heuerman.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Exotic Dance Instructor, and Aerial Arts Performer.  A Clayton resident of ten years, I am the founder  of Levity, Longevity Fitness Studio located in beautiful downtown Clayton, CA.  I carry various certifications in Rehabilitative, Restorative, Group and Athletic Training; Holistic/Natural Supplementation; TRX Suspension Training; Functional Muscle Screening; Pilates Mat and Reformer Advanced, and I am Muay Thai Boxing trained.
