WIC, Concord Program

Flag as Inappropriate

WIC is a federally-subsidized nutrition program for women, infants and children. Despite the fact that it is a division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, this office is overseen by the state public health division and administered by Contra Costa County. Located on Stanwell Circle, just a couple of blocks off Concord Boulevard near Buchanan Field, this WIC office provides nutritional counseling as well as other classes. It is next to a public health office that offers free infant and child immunizations, and is across the street from a healthy grocery for WIC assistance recipients.
