Father-and-daughter team Ivalina and Adelio Touri are the passionate owners and chefs of this upscale Mexican restaurant. The father/daughter team takes great pride in the quality of the food. The restaurant specializes in Pipian Mexican cuisine - a slow-cooking process that takes three days to prepare and results in melt-in-your-mouth dishes. Enjoy such specialties as carnitas, burritos, including a selection of vegetarian options, chile verde and Pipian chicken. The restaurant claims to be the first featured on KQED's <em>Check Please Bay Area</em> and is the only dog-friendly restaurant in Concord.
