  • CPR Training. 785 Oak Grove Rd, Concord. The American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED certification class covers CPR for infants, children, & adults, choke-saving, and how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator). This course is for renewing, recertification, or initial students. 2 p.m.   
  • Get It Together. Acalanes Adult Education, Walnut Creek. 7 p.m. Newlyweds, new parents, seniors, those facing illness, caretakers, those planning travel or facing deployment!  Learn from author of best-selling estate planning book.  
Wednesday, Jan. 22
  • Concord Young Professionals FIRST Meetup. Skipolini's Pizza
    2001 Salvio St., Concord. Join this NEW group of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 39 for an evening of fun and networking. Free.

  • CLOTHING GALORE. Drop off donations of clean clothes 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for setup. MHCC, 1000 Morillo Hills Dr., Martinez. Gently used clothing to share with friends in need FREE.
