Summer Rowing!

Summer Competitive Sculling

The program seeks to help athletes advance all aspects of training development. We welcome experienced rowers from all clubs and schools.

Learn-to-Row Camps

These camps are for brand-new rowers getting into a shell for the first time. We have both middle school and high school camps, open to those entering the 6th-11th grades. Athletes will learn the basics of the sport including proper rowing technique, water safety, balance, and boat handling - all while working as part of a team, challenging themselves physically and mentally, and having a lot of fun!

Skill Development Camps

These camps build the skill and physical fitness of experienced rowers entering the 6th-11th grades, maintaining a focus on learning and technical development. Athletes will have a chance to row in both sculling (2 oars) and sweeps (1 oar) boats. It is an excellent next step for athletes who have completed the Learn-to-Row camp, as well as a fun recreational option for experienced rowers to hone their skills over the summer!
