Once again, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District is planning to discuss Clayton Valley High's petition to become a charter school on Tuesday night.
Though, they won't be doing what charter supporters want them to do — vote.
Charter supporters . Even if the board rejects the charter, it would allow them to appeal the decision. But with no vote, the petition stays in limbo.
