Immigration Lawyer in the Library

The Concord Library has partnered with the Contra Costa County Bar Association to provide access to an experienced immigration attorneywho is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Visit the library to receive a free one-on-one consultation to answer your immigration questions, and explore your options.

Attendees will be seen on a first-come first-served basis, and be able to speak one-on-one about their situation for approx 15 minutes.

About the attorney: Erika Portillo has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law and her passion for the subject has helped many foreign nationals secure immigration status. She was born and raised in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, where she earned her Master of Laws in United States Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law, and her J.D. from La Universidad Autonama del Estado the Morelos in Mexico.
