Concord Students Awarded Scholarships
Senior high schoolers were handed awards of recognition from the local business community.
Students from Concord high schools and one from Benicia were awarded scholarships last week from the Concord Chamber of Commerce and PG&E.
Award recipients included the following class of 2011-12 seniors:
Concord High School: Connor Dalman, Elizabeth Labib and Laura Tressel.

"We are very proud to support the future leaders of tomorrow by investing in students today through our educational scholarship program," said a statement from the Concord Chamber of Commerce.
