What's The Oldest Home For Sale In Concord?

Check out this vintage two-bedroom home that's more than 100 years old.

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find that was for sale in Concord.

This one is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 2156 Pacheco St. The one-story Victorian was built in 1905.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 1,249 square feet. The home was listed as selling for $545,000 and indeed it was purchased recently.
