What A Median Priced Home Looks Like In Concord

What would you say is the average home in Concord?

If you go by the median price, this could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released figures on the median price for homes in every town in the East Bay.  The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

In Concord, the median price varied from $200,000 to $425,000, depending on which zip code you were in.

The 94518 zip code had a median price of $350,000.

That happens to be the list price for this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 1755 Ravenwood Drive.

The home, which was built in 1958, is 1,188 square feet and sits on an eighth of an acre.
