Poll: How Will the MDUSD Board Vote on Clayton Valley's Charter Petition?

The board is expected to vote on the charter petition at tonight's meeting.

Though maybe expecting the unexpected is what one should expect when it comes to the fight between Clayton Valley charter supporters and the MDUSD board, the board is at least planning on making a final determination on the Clayton Valley's charter petition tonight.

The board members haven't hinted much on how they will ultimately vote. Board member Cheryl Hansen has seemed the most sympathetic the conversion of the five members, and board president Gary Eberhart has at times seemed hostile, but that's just speculation.

It will take a majority on the board for the petition to pass and make Clayton Valley the first conversion charter high school in the Bay Area.
