Locals May Rally Against Outdoor Pot Plant Ban

The Concord City Council will decide next week whether or not ban outdoor medical marijuana cultivation. Concordians opposing the ordinance are considering a protest in Todos Santos Plaza.

Growing medical marijuana plants in your yard could become an illegal activity in Concord, if the city council approves an ordinance at the April 9 meeting.
