City to Present Budget, 10-Year-Plan Tonight

Public hearings to detail proposed cuts and spending.

Tonight is the first of two Council Meetings featuring detailed discussion of City of Concord plans to stabilize the 2012-13 budget and to present a 10-year financial plan.

Proposed cuts include shifting to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, among other city services. Check back with Concord patch for updates.
