Vandals Deflate Dozens of Car Tires in Concord Neighborhood

Police have no motive and no suspects for the mass vandalism.

Dozens of Concord residents came outside Sunday morning to find that their car tires had been flattened, Concord police said.

Officers responded to reports of multiple acts of vandalism to vehicles on Bel Air, Glazier, and Machado drives in the neighborhoods near the intersection of Clayton Road and Treat Boulevard, beginning at about 7 a.m., police said.

Upon arrival, police discovered that someone had flattened the tires on approximately 60 parked vehicles.

The reason for the vandalism is unknown and there are no suspects.
