No children were aboard the bus and only minor injuries were reported, according to Concord police.

If you happened to drive past the scene of a collision between a four-door sedan and a Mt. Diablo Unified School District bus this morning, don't worry: there were no children in the bus.

Concord Police and Contra Costa Fire personnel responded to the accident on the intersection of Concord Boulevard and North Sixth Street at 9:10 a.m, where three passengers in the 1990's model Honda Civic reportedly sustained only minor injuries.

The school bus driver was heading North on Sixth Street while turning left into westbound Concord Boulevard when it collided with the sedan, which was traveling South on Sixth Street, according to police.
