Police Log: Juvenile Arrested on Three Charges

A male juvenile was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving without a license and possession of marijuana.

Here are some of the noteworthy incidents the Clayton Police Department dealt with in the last week:

April 22

  • Officers responded to a petty theft on Shell Circle about 4:20 p.m.

  • A 27-year-old Concord male was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being stopped for vehicle code violations on Clayton Road and Washington Boulevard about 10:40 p.m.

April 25

  • A 54-year-old Concord female was arrested on suspicion of DUI after officers responded to a call for service on Clayton and Ygnacio Valley roads about 7:45 p.m.

April 26

  • A male juvenile was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving without a license and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) after being stopped by officers for vehicle code violations on Clayton Road and Washington Boulevard about 3:20 a.m.
  • Officers responded to vandalism on Goldrush Court about 3:10 p.m.

April 28

  • A 44-year-old Eureka male was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on Clayton Road about 11 a.m.
  • Officers respond to a minor-injury vehicle accident on Main Street about 12:20 p.m.
