A look at noteworthy activity by the Clayton Police Department between Sept. 9 and Sept. 16.
Sept. 9
- Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a Fleming Drive home just before 8 a.m.
- A 22-year-old Clayton man was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol content of .01 or higher while on probation for a drunken driving conviction. Officers stopped him for vehicle code violations at about 11:30 p.m. at Clayton and Mitchell Canyon roads.
Sept. 10
- A vehicle break-in on Wawona Lane was reported at 4:45 p.m.

- A Concord woman, 50, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving just after midnight at Kirker Pass Road and Concord Boulevard.
Sept. 12
- A 37-year-old Clayton man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after officers responded to a call at 2:33 a.m. at Regency Drive and Marsh Creek Road.
