Burglary arrest, domestic assault and more from Aug. 23 to 29.

The following is a summary of significant crime and incidents reported in Concord between Aug. 23 and 29 as released by the Concord Police Department.

Thursday, Aug. 29

  • Warrant arrests made: of Pittsburg man, 39, at 6 a.m. Colfax and Pacheco streets; homeless male, 31, 2:51 a.m. along 1700 Pine Street.
  • Public intoxication arrest of homeless male, 35, 5 a.m. on 1100 block of San Miguel Road. 
Wednesday, Aug. 28
  • Commercial burglary arrest of male, 22, reported 10 a.m. on the 2500 block of Camara Circle.
  • Male, 32, arrested for suspected vehicle theft 10:47 p.m. along 1100 Carey Drive.
  • Concord male, 47, arrested for alleged transport and sale of controlled substances Clayton Road at Thornwood Drive 8:45 p.m.
  • DUI arrest of Concord male, 38, 4:46 p.m. on 1100 block of Meadow Lane. 
Tuesday, Aug. 27
  • DUI arrest of Concord woman, 43, 5:30 p.m. on the 3600 Clayton Road.
  • Controlled-substance possession arrest made of Concord male, 50, at 12:30 a.m. along 1300 Detroit Avenue. 
  • Transient male, 32, arrested for suspected use/influence of controlled substances 7:26 p.m. along 2300 Monument Boulevard.
Monday, Aug. 26
  • Concord man, 19, arrested 11:58 p.m. for alleged police obstruction along 1200 Monument Boulevard. 
  • Forgery arrest of transient male, 33, 5:25 p.m. on 2000 block of Willow Pass Road.
  • Theft arrest of female, 31, 5:05 p.m. Bonifacio Street at Parkside Drive. 
Sunday, Aug. 25
  • Male, 33, arrested for alleged transport/sale of controlled substances 1:50 a.m. Eureka Lane at Monument Boulevard.
  • DUI arrest: male, 33, 3:48 a.m. along Concord Boulevard. 
  • Male, 20, arrested midnight Sandalwood and Landana drives for allegedly driving as minor with B.A.C. of .05 percent.
  • Concord man, 25, arrested for suspected domestic assault 11:06 p.m. on the 1600 block of Adelaide Street.
  • Alcohol violations on the 1100 block of Lacey Lane at 8:35 p.m. included: male, 29, for suspected public intoxication; male, 37, for alleged open container;  male, 44, municipal code violations.
Saturday, Aug. 24
  • DUI arrests: of Pittsburg woman, 42, 12:18 a.m. Bonifacio Street at Concord Avenue; Concord man, 23, 6:30 p.m. Systron Drive at San Miguel Road; Concord man, 46, 11:05 p.m. on Virginia and Robin lanes.
  • Concord female, 19, arrested for allegedly writing fictitious checks 12:55 a.m. Ranchito Drive and Sanford Street.
  • Concord man, 47, arrested for suspected controlled substance possession at 11:58 a.m. Grant and Oak streets.
  • Warrant arrests: 2:17 a.m. on Concord male, 21, on 4500 block of Clayton Road; 2:56 a.m. of Clayton man, 30, Oakhurst Drive at Yolanda Circle; 7:56 a.m. of Concord male, 25, San Michele and St. George drives; 1:33 p.m. of Pittsburg man, 52, Cowell Road at Mesa Street; 6:40 p.m. of Antioch female, 33, Nicholas and Tilson drives.
Friday, Aug. 23
  • Public intoxication arrests: Martinez man, 35, 12:20 a.m. along 1300 Evergreen Drive; homeless man, 61, 1:57 a.m. along 1100 Lovell Court; Pittsburg man, 24, 11:30 p.m. along 2000 Salvio Street.
  • Trespassing arrest made of transient male, 32, at 5:10 p.m. along 1500 Monument Boulevard.
  • Warrant arrests: male, 25, 9:24 a.m. on the 1100 block of Detroit Avenue; Clayton male, 19, 11:30 a.m. Inverness at Peacock Creek Drive; Concord man, 48, 7:10 p.m. Concord Avenue at SR42; Pleasant Hill male, 27, 9:36 p.m. on 1400 San Carlos Avenue; Concord man, 29, 10:30 p.m. at Marilyn Way and San Miguel Road.
Under the law, those arrested are considered innocent until convicted.
