• Concord male, 49, arrested 2:08 a.m. for suspected possession of controlled substances on the 1500 block of Matheson Road.
• Warrant arrest of Concord male, 23, 4:19 a.m. along 1400 Detroit Avenue.
  

• Concord man, 25, arrested for suspicion of attempted murder at 5:10 p.m. on the 5500 block of Michigan Boulevard.
• Arrests for controlled-substance possession: Concord male, 31, 12:59 a.m. along 1300 Galindo Street; Bay Point male, 21, 3:05 a.m. Marclair Drive at Clayton Road (alleged possession to sell); Concord female, 43, and Concord male, 45, 8 p.m. along 1600 Laguna Street.
• San Francisco male, 24, arrested for alleged use/influence of controlled substances 2:15 a.m. North Sixth Street at Port Chicago Highway.
• Warrant arrests: transient man, 35, 12:52 a.m. Monument Boulevard at The Trees Drive; San Ramon female, 23, 2:40 p.m. along 1300 Galindo Street. 
• Concord woman, 64, arrested on drug registrant charges 8:30 a.m. on 1300 Galindo Street.
• Probation violation arrest of transient male, 49, 6:17 a.m. on the 2200 block of Salvio Street.
• Concord male, 30, arrested for alleged court-order violation 9 p.m. on 1500 block of Kinder Pass Road. 

• Concord man, 38, arrested on the 3900 block of Clayton Road for failure to register as sex offender. No time given.
