• Public intoxication arrest of Concord woman, 43, at 2:45 a.m. on the 3400 block of Clayton Road.
  
• Use/influence of controlled substance arrest 1 a.m. of transient man, 34, Meadow Lane at Sunshine Drive.
  

• DUI arrest: 12:46 a.m. of Oakland female, 24, at Lacey Lane and Monument Boulevard.
• Concord male, 38, arrested on 1500 block of Concord Avenue for allegedly preventing/dissuading crime witness/victim.
• Possession of obscene materials arrest made of Concord man, 28, 12:30 p.m. along 2900 Monument Boulevard.
• Public intoxication arrest of transient male, 39, 8:55 p.m. on 2100 Meridian Park Boulevard.
• Theft arrest of Walnut Creek female, 30, 5:20 p.m. along 1300 Galindo Street.
