• Runaway Child Found; Three Men Arrested.

• Felony warrant arrests: Concord woman, 42, 1:27 a.m. along 3600 Clayton Road; Concord man, 20, 3:14 p.m. Concord Boulevard at Sattler Drive.
• DUI: Concord female, 26, 2:16 a.m. on 3400 Willow Pass Road.
• Suspected domestic battery arrest of Hercules man, 30, 7:43 a.m. Meadow and Robin lanes.
• Auto theft arrest: Concord man, 29, 8:50 a.m. on 1100 Meadow Lane.
• Theft arrest: Concord man, 21, 11:06 a.m. on 2000 Meridian Park Boulevard.
• Arrest for controlled-substance paraphernalia possession: Clayton man, 32, 11:25 a.m. Clayton Road at Terry Lynn Lane.
• Police obstruction arrest: Concord man, 47, 2:05 p.m. Farm Bureau and Willow Pass roads.
• Drug use/influence arrest of Concord man, 43, and paraphernalia possession arrest of Concord man, 27, at 5:33 p.m. Majestic and Sharon drives.
• Oakley female, 27, arrested for exhibiting deadly weapon 10:18 p.m. on 1 Sunvalley Mall.
•   Elementary School Lockdown Prompted by Shooting.  

• Warrant arrest: Concord man, 34, 12:40 a.m. on 1400 Detroit Avenue.
• Arrest for alleged assault with deadly weapon, not firearm, 10:22 a.m. on the 3200 block of Tioga Road of Concord man, 37.
• Theft arrests: Concord man, 27, 1:12 p.m. on 1700 Willow Pass Road; Richmond man and woman, 31 and 33, 7:25 p.m. on 1000 Sun Valley Mall.
• Battery of peace officer arrest of transient female, 57, 11:07 p.m. on 1900 Mt. Diablo Street.
• Arrest for fictitious checks: Concord female, 29, 2:29 p.m. on 1800 Willow Pass Road.
• Felony parole violation: Discovery Bay man, 30, 1:20 p.m. Concord Boulevard at Alicante Court.
