Police Log: April 1 to April 7

Clayton Police made six arrests last week.

Here are some of the noteworthy incidents the Clayton Police Department dealt with last week:

April 1

  • A 42-year-old Clayton male was arrested for the suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia after being contacted by officers during a traffic stop at Marsh Creek Road and Regency Drive at around 11:45 a.m.
  • A 45-year-old Concord female was arrested on suspicion of four chargers: driving under the influence, driving while license suspended for DUI, willful cruelty to a child and a probation violation. She was arrested after being stopped for vehicle code violations on Clayton Road and Duncan Drive at about 7:50 p.m.

April 2

  • A 34-year-old Concord male was arrested for suspicion of public intoxication and a probation violation after officers responded to a call for service on Kirker Pass Road at about 4 p.m.

April 3

  • Officers responded to a suspicion of vandalism on Mitchel Canyon Road at about 3:40 a.m.

  • A 47-year-old Clayton male was arrested for suspicion of driving while license was suspended for DUI and a probation violation, after being stopped by officers for a vehicle code violation at Clayton Road and Tara Drive at about 2:45 a.m.
  • A 27-year-old Concord female was arrested on a warrant, after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on El Camino Drive and Yosemite Circle at about 8 a.m.
  • Officers responded to a burglary on Miwak Way at about 1:20 p.m.

April 7

  • A 21-year-old Concord female was arrested for suspicion of a DUI after being stopped for a vehicle code violation on Oakhurst Dirve and Clayton Road at about 1:20 a.m.
