Residents, Dogs, Displaced in Martinez House Fire

11:30 p.m. fire claims Trinity Place house.

Three people and two dogs were displaced in a house fire in Martinez Saturday night.

ConFire responded to the fire at a home in the 2100 block of Trinity Place at around 11:05 p.m. Saturday, said a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher.

Arriving fire personnel reported seeing heavy fire coming from one side of the home.

Firefighters were able to knock down the blaze by 11:32 p.m., said the dispatcher.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
