Papa Murphy's Pizza Robbed At Gunpoint

Police investigating Monday night robbery where armed gunman jumped the counter

are looking for an armed robber who jumped the counter at and snatched money from the cash register.

Investigators say the robber entered the pizza parlor in the Terminal Shopping Center on Clayton Road about 8:30 p.m. Monday.

The man, armed with a handgun, jumped the front counter, ordered employees to open the cash register and then grabbed the money inside.

The suspect then ran out the front door and jumped into a white, full-size pick-up truck with a lumber rack. The vehicle then sped off.

The robber is described as an African-American man in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall with a large nose. He was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, black shoes, a black bandana and gloves.
