Injuries Reported in Kirker Pass Accident
At least two people were injured Thursday afternoon on Kirker Pass Road after a single-car rollover.
A major-injury single-car accident took place on northbound Kirker Pass Road Thursday afternoon, prompting police to shut down the main artery between East and Central Contra Costa County for approximately an hour.
Concord Police and the CHP scrambled to shut down and detour traffic at Kirker Pass Road around 4:40 p.m. while emergency crews responded the intersection near Hess Road.
Two people were seriously injured in the accident, according to a Contra Costa Times report.
