Three Displaced in Overnight Fire Off Cowell Road
Cause of one-alarm fire ruled accidental. $30,000 in damage, according to ConFire.
An overnight house fire at the 3600 block of Rosebrook Court displaced three people, with no injuries reported, according to ConFire.
ConFire personnel responded to the 2:12 a.m. blaze at the two story home after Concord Police had assisted one of the three residents out of the home, according to a ConFire news release. The other two were already outside upon police arrival.
Firefighters found smoke coming from the front door and roof vents and ultimately finding the blaze in the garage and attic, said ConFire Marshal Lewis Broschard. The fire was put out in 20 minutes, he added.

Though the interior of the home and the structure were spared by the fire, the three residents were displaced and received assistance by the American Red Cross.
The cause of the fire was ruled accidental and caused $30,000 in damage, said Broschard.
