Homeless Advocate Columnist Pays a Visit to Concord

Douglas Stewart, Martinez Patch’s columnist and homeless activist, had a report from Concord in his June 19 column.

Stewart wandered by the Lowe’s property along Arnold Industrial Way in Concord, and listened to one homeless person who had returned to the area after the coordinated effort to clean it up in early June.
