Fire crews put out a one-alarm blaze at a Concord apartment complex late this morning, a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher said.
The fire was reported at 11:17 a.m. at a unit at 1790 Ellis St. The Lake Terrace condominiums are listed at that address. The blaze was under control at 11:38 a.m., the dispatcher said.
