Countywide Alert For Missing 4-Month-Old East Contra Costa Baby
The 14-pound infant was last seen at 10 p.m. Saturday when she was put to sleep in her bassinet.
The Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff is looking for a 4-month-old baby who was found missing from her bassinet about 6 a.m. Sunday.
Ramy Amadea Gallego, a blue-eyed, 14-pound girl, was last seen at 10 p.m. Saturday when she went to sleep in her home in the town of Knightsen. On Sunday at about 6:20 a.m., the Contra Costa County sheriff's dispatch received a call from the Tule Lane home that the baby was missing.
The mother discovered the infant missing when she went to check on her in the bassinet about 6 a.m.

Deputies conducted a search of the residence and area. Homes in the area were notified by telephone and a search by air and K-9 was conducted.
When she was last seen, Ramy was wearing a zip-up pink, green and blue "onesie."
