I'm 99.9% sure these fraudsters stole me and my boyfriend's info after we lunched at E.J. Phair about a month ago. On Black Friday, there were over $2,000 worth of charges at mall stores like Victoria Secret in Concord. My boyfriend found charges at Target and a gas station for about a $100 dollars each. We are both lucky that our credit card companies have reimbursed us, but we still plan to file reports with the police.

We filed a police report Monday itemizing all charges as identity theft as well as supplying the Concord PD with our receipts from EJ Phair over the last 3 months

I used my card there in early Nov and Friday my bank shut off my debit card for suspicious activity. My card was hacked and used at a Walmart in Ohio. Fortunately only the first purchase of $25 was approved...the next one for $105 was declined and my bank is reimbursing me for the $25. Just annoying to have to cancel and wait 7-10 days for a new card, especially this time of year.
