Concord Police are searching for answers today after two men were shot by the Lakeside Apartments on Saturday night.
At about 12:20 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to reports that two people had been shot.
Police found a 21-year-old man in the parking lot by 7-11 and a 19-year-old man on Lani Kai Drive. Both had injuries that were not considered life threatening, according to Concord Police Lieutenant David Hughes. The were sent to a hospital to treat their wounds.
Information about the incident is limited, as the investigation is ongoing. To exacerbate the situation, Lieutenant Hughes said the shooting victims were not cooperative with the police.
