Dec. 23

A minor driving with blood alcohol concentration level of .05 or more.  An 18-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for a Vehicle Code violation at 11 p.m. on Oakhurst Dr.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. 

Dec. 24

Public Intoxication.  A 38-year-old male transient was arrested on Clayton Road at 3:19 p.m. after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  

Dec. 28

An unlicensed driver; False registration tabs.  A 52-year-old Concord female was arrested at 11:00 p.m. on Clayton Road and Balhan Drive after being stopped for a Vehicle Code violation.  She was issued a citation and released on her signed promise to appear.

Dec. 30

Sexual Battery. A male juvenile was arrested after officers responded to a call at 5:57 p.m. on Yolanda Circle for service.  He was transported to Juvenile Hall for booking.

Dec. 31

DUI.  A 21-year-old Martinez male was arrested at Clayton Road and Heritage Trail after being stopped for a Vehicle Code violation at 1:55 a.m.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Jan. 1

Public Intoxication.  A 21-year-old Clayton male was arrested at Yolanda Circle and Oakhurst Drive after officers responded to a call for service at 2:40 a.m.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Jan. 4

Unlicensed Driver; False registration tabs.  A 33-year-old Pleasant Hill male was arrested at Ygnacio Valley Road and Park Highlands Drive after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations at 2:54 a.m.  He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear.

11:58 p.m. Kirker Pass Road Burglary - Vehicle.

3:24 p.m. Black Diamond Trail and Clayton Road Burglary – Vehicle. 

7:51 p.m. Clayton Road Robbery.
