Clayton Police Log: Two DUIs, An Injury Accident and a Car Theft

The following information was supplied by the Clayton Police Department and rewritten by Concord Patch.

All in all, a relatively slow week for the Clayton PD, though it's disturbing to see DUIs on each week's log. It's far too common.

ACCIDENTS: 

Monday, Jan. 14, 1:52pm: An accident on the 5400 block of Clayton Rd. resulted in minor injuries.

ARRESTS:

Saturday, Jan. 12, 2:03am: A 29-year-old woman pulled over for a vehicle code violation was arrested for DUI at the corner of Clayton Rd. and Heritage Trail. She was booked at Concord Police Department.

Monday, Jan. 14, 8:19pm: A 24-year-old man was stopped at the corner of Marsh Creek Rd./Clayton Rd. for a vehicle code violation and arrested for DUI. He was also booked at Concord Police Department.

Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2:15pm: A 34-year-old woman from Brentwood was arrested on the 5500 block of Clayton Rd. for an outstanding warrant. She was issued a new court date and signed an agreement to appear, then released.

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

Sunday, Jan. 13, 6:32am: There was a commercial burglary reported on the 1500 block of Kirker Pass Rd.

Thursday, Jan. 17, 6:40am: A car was reported stolen from El Portal Place.

VANDALISMS:

No cases of vandalism were reported during this period.
