Clayton Police Log: Petty Theft Arrest, Rise in Burglaries

ACCIDENTS: 

Mountaire Pkwy. Non-Injury. (7/27/13 – 1641 hrs.)

ARRESTS:

Clayton Rd. DUI. A 35-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (7/26/13 – 1837 hrs.)

N. Mitchell Canyon Rd. Warrant. A 42-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers served an arrest warrant. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (7/27/13 – 0828 hrs.)

Clayton Rd. Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Probation Violation. A 28-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers on patrol. (7/28/13 – 0830 hrs.)

Clayton Rd./ Mitchell Canyon Rd. Warrant. A 27-year-old Auberry male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (8/1/13 – 0041 hrs.)

5400 Clayton Rd. Petty Theft; Probation Violation. A 27-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.  (8/1/13 – 2030 hrs.)

Yosemite Cir. Petty Theft – Residence. (7/29/13 – 1245 hrs.)

7400 Marsh Creek Rd. Burglary – Vehicle. (7/29/13 – 1310 hrs.)

Yolanda Cir. Burglary – Residence. (7/31/13 –  1100 hrs.)

Rachel Ranch Ct. Burglary – Residence. (7/31/13 –  1705 hrs.)

5400 Clayton Rd. Petty Theft – Commercial. (8/1/13 – 2030 hrs.)
