Clayton Police Log: DUI, Battery and Bad Checks

A look at noteworthy activity by the Clayton Police Department between Dec. 2 and Thursday, Dec. 8.

Dec. 3

A 23-year-old Concord male was arrested for DUI, driving the wrong way on a divided road and for violating probation at Clayton Road and Heriatge Trail at 7:51 p.m. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

A 33-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested for driving without a license and possesion of bad check or money order on Kirker Pass Road, after being pulled over for a traffic violation at 2:21 p.m. He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear in court.

One minor injury accident was reported on Indian Wells and Feather Circle at 5:45 a.m.

Dec. 7

A 20-year-old Clayton male was arrested for battery to spouse or cohabitant after officers responded to a call for service on Bear Place.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. 

No burglary or vandalism incidents were reported.
