Clayton Police Log: Drunk Driving in a Stolen Vehicle

6400 Clayton Rd./Marsh Creek Rd. Drive Without a License. A 51-year-old Concord female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. She was issued a citation and released on her signed promise to appear. (7/21/13 – 1908 hrs.) 

Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. DUI. A 27-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (7/22/13 – 0034 hrs.)

Yolanda Cr. Warrant. A 23-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. She was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking. (7/23/13 – 1350 hrs.)

5400 Clayton Rd. Petty Theft; Under the Influence of Narcotics; Possess Hypodermic Syringe; Probation Violation. A 26-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (7/24/13 – 1230 hrs.)

Delaware Dr. Vehicle Theft; DUI; Drunk in Public; Probation Violation. A 26-year-old Martinez female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. A 26-year-old male passenger from Pittsburg was also arrested. They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (7/25/13 – 0145 hrs.)

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

Cardinet Dr. Grand Theft - Residence. (7/22/13 – 1425 hrs.)

5400 Clayton Rd. Petty Theft – Commercial. (7/24/13 – 1230 hrs.)

VANDALISMS: None.
