5400 Clayton Rd. Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Controlled Substance Paraphernalia. A 34-year-old Bay Point female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (8/6/13 – 1610 hrs.)
