Clayton Police Log, Dec. 7 to Dec. 13: DUIs and Theft

Another week in Clayton with no traffic accidents, but a couple of DUIs and an arrest for petty theft.

The dates and times shown indicate when the incident was reported to the Police Department.

Accidents: None.

Arrests: Oakhurst Dr./Yolanda Cr. DUI. A 32-year-old Antioch male was arrested after being stopped for a Vehicle Code violation.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (12/9/12 – 0230 hrs.) 

5400 blk Clayton Rd. Warrant Arrest. A 27-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers on patrol. He was issued a new court date and released on his signed promise to appear. (12/10/12 – 0429 hrs.) 

5400 blk Clayton Rd. Petty Theft. A 19-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers on patrol. He was issued a citation and released on his signed promise to appear. (12/11/12 – 0247 hrs.)

Clayton Rd/Duncan Dr. DUI. A 26-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (12/13/12 – 0157 hrs.)

Burglaries/Thefts: Clayton Rd. Petty Theft. (12/11/12 – 0247 hrs.)

Vandalisms: None.
