Clayton PD: Several Arrests For License Suspended

There were several stops in which officers discovered people were driving while their licenses were suspended for DUI in the Clayton police blotter from Jan. 25 to Jan. 31.

These are police reports from Jan. 25 to Jan. 31 from the officers sworn to protect and serve the citizens of Clayton.

ACCIDENTS: 
Oakhurst Dr./Yolanda Cr. Minor injury. (01/26/13 – 2019hrs.)

ARRESTS
Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. Warrant Arrest. A 30-year-old Concord female was arrested after being contacted by officers on a traffic stop. She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (1/26/13 – 1915 hrs.)

Clayton Rd./Washington St. Driving While License Suspended for DUI. A 26-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his promise to appear. (1/28/13 – 0238 hrs.)

Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. Driving While License Suspended for DUI. A 24-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his promise to appear. (1/29/13 – 2202 hrs.)

Alberta Way/Ygnacio Rd. Driving While License Suspended for DUI. A 30-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was issued a citation and released on his promise to appear. (1/29/13 – 2300 hrs.)

Mt. Palomar Pl. – Burglary - Residential (1/25/13 – 1005 hrs.) 
Peacock Creek Rd./Clayton Rd. – Burglary – Vehicle (1/31/13 – 0619hrs.)
