Police Chase, Arrest Gun-Threat Suspect

Multiple units, police dogs and a helicopter were used in 4:15 p.m search and arrest of man accused of pulling a handgun on another.

A man who allegedly pulled a gun and threatened another on Loeffler Lane Thursday afternoon near Clayton Road is in Concord Police custody after leading police on a manhunt.

K-9 units, multiple officers and the County Sheriff's STAR1 helicopter were called in around 4:15 p.m. to search for the man accused of pulling out a gray handgun on another man.

Initial police communications suggest the man in custody may have stolen guns from a neighbor.

Police were searching for the suspect, described as a 160-pound Hispanic male, approximately 20 years old.
