Who was arrested? A total of 30 arrestees were from cities other than Concord, making up the majority of arrests, followed by Concordians with 23 arrests and transients with 19 arrests.

What they were arrested for? The charges with the highest number of arrests were warrants (15), DUIs (13) and being under the influence of a controlled substance (10).
