False Hopes

Why Do local bushiness in Concord advertise Now Hiring Signs on their windows if they are in fact not hiring. I think these stores need to take them down if they are not looking to hire anyone. It frustrates me and many others who have been looking for work. It wastes valuable job searching time to stop by somewhere with a now hiring sign only to be told sorry were not hiring rite now. Lamps plus is one of these False Hope Business's. There should be a penalty for false advertisement.
