CONCORD BIG LOTS CELEBRATING GRAND REOPENING

Big Lots is celebrating the completion of its’ 12 newly remodeled locations throughout the San Francisco/San Jose metropolitan area on Friday, October 18 with several days of special grand reopening deals for customers. Shoppers in these communities will now have refreshed locations where they can shop, discover and save on a wide selection of brand-name merchandise and one-time closeouts.

Twelve stores have been revitalized with all new flooring and ceilings, fresh paint, updated fixtures and upgraded lighting, along with new cash wraps, restroom facilities, and outdoor facelifts. The improvements allow for cleaner, clearer aisles, making for an improved and more organized store layout. “This area is very important to us; our investment in this market is a significant one. We’ve basically taken the shell of the old store and rebuilt it, giving a “like-new” experience. Shoppers are going to notice a dramatic difference and just in time for holiday shopping,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer for Big Lots, John Martin.
