What Should Go Here? Clayton Valley Shopping Center

What would you like to see fill the vacancies at the Clayton Valley Shopping Center?

The Clayton Valley Shopping Center is at the Ygnacio Valley Road and Clayton Road intersection. It's a large shopping center with tenants like Orchards, Ross, Fresh and Easy, Panda Express and others. There are nine vacant spaces ranging from 600 square feet to 4800 square feet. If you live, work or otherwise find yourself near this shopping center regularly, we would like to know what types of businesses you would like to see fill these vacancies.

Concord Patch is working with Spotmojo to collect your suggestions for vacancies. Spotmojo is a website where you can suggest the businesses you want where you live, work, or play. The suggestions are provided to new businesses and commercial real estate brokers to help new businesses find their ideal location. This gives you a voice in the businesses that open in your neighborhood and it helps local businesses succeed.

Also, we still want to know what you would like to see at the former Suwa's Japanese Restaurant in Todos Santos Plaza.

I heard fresh and easy is leaving. The rent is so high there will probably be more empty store fronts than there is now.
