BART/no security

They have no operating security cameras in Pleasant Hill parking area/ bike area. No operating security cameras in the public area downstairs in Concord, and up stairs, only two security video cameras both face towards the Pittsburg/ Bay point direction, and they are not even on. If you smoke up there they will see you, if your bike gets ripped off in the bike parking area, they pay no attention. Park your bike inside against the inside fence/ right in front of the attendant booth...  when they are just sitting there doing NOTHING, they are at least facing that direction/ towards the cash machines...I have no sympathy for these people at all. I do have a new bike.
