What Do You Think Of The Contra Costa Library System?

Contra Costa County libraries are asking for feedback on services and more as part of efforts to create a new strategic plan.

Libraries in the Contra Costa County system are looking for ways to improve by asking the public for feedback.

"As part of our organizational efforts to craft a new strategic plan and be more responsive and relevant to the communities we serve, the Contra Costa County Library is conducting a brief online survey," said Concord Library Manager Bill Kolb.

The online survey runs until July 31 and includes questions concerning the reasons for visiting local libraries and the Contra Costa County Libraries website, frequency of visits, how users would rate the resources and what the library system's priorities should be.

As a part of this same strategic planning initiative, the Concord Library will host a Town Hall Meeting at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 7 in the community meeting room. The public is invited to attend.
