"The Ladies Have Something To Say" exhibit

CCC Historical Society presents an exhibit honoring the Centennial of California women receiving the right to vote- 9 years before the 19th amendment.  Photos, documents including the voting results in each county community in Oct 1911 and the 1912 voter registration book plus a vintage polling booth, authentic memorablia from the campaign and other displays.  Exhibit open three weekdays and third Saturday of the montha through Nov 23.  Public is also invited to an opening reception on Sunday, Sep 11 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the History Center in downtown Martinez
