Join the Foodbank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties for their annual event Empty Bowls on Saturday, March 24, from 5 - 7pm, for a simple meal served in a handcrafted bowl and learn about how we are working to get more food to people in need. You will enjoy a delicious meal and leave with the handcrafted bowl and ideas on ways to get involved in the eradication of hunger. The cost is $10 per adult, $5 for kids 9 & under, and $30 for a family of 4. Event will feature variety of soups, beverages and dessert, raffle and door prizes, and speakers who are passionate about ending hunger in our community.
