All Cars To Be Searched at Solano Drive-In
West Wind Solano has upped security following the movie theater shootings in Aurora, Colo. Movie-goers arriving to watch movies like The Dark Knight Rises will have to pop their trunks for a search.
A long line of cars waited at the entrance to the Saturday night, as a security team stopped each one and searched through trunks for any dangerous items.
The new security procedure was put in place following the at a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises.
All vehicles entering the drive-in, regardless of the movie they intend to see — which could include Spiderman or Ice Age 4 — are being asked to pop their trunks for a search.
